Area: Alta Langa, village of Rodino. As the name suggests, the grapes used to make the wine grow about 480 m above sea level.
Vinification: Fermentation in used French oak barriques at 18 °C and Metodo Classico fermentation at 14 °C. For at least 42 months on its own yeast in the bottle.
Characterization: Straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage, fine taste with an intense bouquet of bread crust and yeast, dry, agile and vertical in the mouth; long finish.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, pairs well with crustaceans, oysters and all dishes, except desserts.
Serving temperature: 6 °C, sparkling wine glass
Storing: Up to 10 years when stored in the right conditions.
