Description: Richly aromatic yet fresh, with delicate notes of nuts and toasted bread. Fine and persistent bubbles. The excellent acidity of Chardonnay, combined with its typical exotic aromas, gives the Cava freshness and elegance and also ensures good ageing potential.
This Cava brings freshness to intense dishes, highlights delicate flavours, and pairs harmoniously with both traditional and contemporary recipes without overpowering them.
