Description: This signature cuvée from the Clouet house embodies all the expertise of Champagne blending, highlighting the expression of black grapes from its exceptional terroirs: Pinot Noir from Bouzy, on the southern slope of the Montagne de Reims, paired with Meunier from Fossoy in the Marne Valley. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs completes this trio, bringing finesse and freshness.
The inviting nose opens with notes of yellow peach and red fruits, perfectly reflecting the cuvée’s fruity and expressive style.
On the palate, the vibrant attack reveals a great structure supported by black grapes, while Chardonnay adds a burst of freshness to the finish.
Never heavy, this complex yet airy wine is just as appealing as an aperitif with fine charcuterie as it is at the table with white meats or delicate cuisine.
Serving temperature: 6 – 8 °C
