    Description: Clear and brilliant, with a delicate salmon-pink colour and vibrant violet highlights.
    Pinot Noir and Trepat grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards give this cava an intense, fresh, and juicy berry character. The palate is dominated by wild berries, raspberry, and strawberry.
    An ideal aperitif, also pairing beautifully with seafood, fish dishes, and delicate red meats.
    Serving temperature: 6 – 8 °C
