Description: Iconic cuvée of the estate, this Blanc de Blancs blends Chardonnays from three Grand Cru villages located in the northern Côte des Blancs. The diversity of exposures, in contrast to the region’s predominantly east-facing cuesta, imparts subtle nuances to the different plots, enriching the blend with the emblematic characteristics of the area: finesse, aromatic depth, and chalky minerality.
The wine displays precise aromatic expression (white flowers) and unfolds a creamy
mouthfeel, with zesty notes, that accompany a pure and persistent minerality.
Ideal as an aperitif for its outstanding drinkability, or as a companion to seafood and
raw fish (scallop carpaccio, sushi).
Serving Temperature: 6 – 8°C
