Description: The 2016 vintage, marked by a challenging season, benefited from a favorable end. The alternation of warm days and cool nights preserved acidity while refining berry ripeness. On the nose, the wine enchants with its intense fruit profile, featuring ripe red fruit notes, while the palate combines suppleness, roundness, and freshness, with an elegant, persistent backbone.
Delicate by nature, this wine is destined for the table — think pink duck breast with cherries or for a more original touch, bluefin tuna tataki.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
