Discription: This blended rosé, featuring an uncommon predominance of Chardonnay, masterfully combines finesse and indulgence in the glass. On the nose, the intense aroma of noble Pinot presages a well-structured palate howing notes of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and dark chocolate.
On the palate, the attack is vibrant and direct, underpinned by fine minerality drawn from the chalky subsoils of the Côte des Blancs. Fine, perceptible tannins lend a delicious and refreshing finish.
Though often traditionally paired with dessert, this distinguished wine reveals its full dimension at the table, especially with seafood such as langoustine or lobster, or served alongside hard cheeses such as well aged Mimolette.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
