Characterization: Good garnet colour with aromas of red fruit and a complex palate of ripe fruit, spices and vanilla. An excellent full-bodied and well-balanced wine.
Vinification and aging: Short fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and maturation partly in French barriques and partly in large oak casks for 24 months.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
