Characterization: A garnet red-coloured, dark and full-bodied wine. On the one hand a great mixture of dark berries and spices, on the other hand succulence of ripe blackberries, cherries and plums. Harmonious taste with soft tannins.

Vinification and aging: 10 days of controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation in large oak casks for 12 months before bottling.

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
