Characterization: An elegant, soft, fruity, rich and wonderfully spiced dark wine.

Vinification and Aging: Short fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, maturation in 500-liter barrels for 30 months and 10 months in bottle. It is released onto the market 1 year later.

Serving Temperature: 16–18 °C
