Characterization: Beautiful, deep garnet red colour. Velvety texture of black cherry and raspberry. Soft tannins and a seductive aroma of spices, black cherry and roses. An elegant, expressive and vigorous wine with intense flavour.

Vinification and aging: Short fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and maturation partly in French barriques and partly in large oak casks.

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
